SRS Advogados acts for Join Capital Partners on €7m Codacy deal

SRS Advogados advised Join Capital Partners on its €7 million investment in Codacy.

Codacy is a technological platform for software engineers.

The SRS Advogados team was led by partner Paulo Bandeira (pictured, left) and included lawyers Inês Fernandes (pictured, centre) and Solange Fernandes (pictured, right).

Codacy was advised by DLA Piper ABBC. The DLA Piper ABBC team included partner João Costa Quinta and senior associate Jorge Serrote.
