Linklaters acts for Sotogrande on sale of hotel to Alantra

Linklaters’ Madrid office advised hotel and tourism business Sotogrande on the sale of NH Sotogrande Hotel in Cadiz to Alantra Partners.

Located next to the La Cañada golf course, the NH Sotogrande is a four-star hotel with 96 rooms. It also has a swimming pool and paddle tennis courts.

Alantra has €10.5 billion of assets under management.

The Linklaters team included Alejandro Ortiz (pictured), Marta Garrido, Adolfo Guerrero and Ana Galindo.
