Clifford Chance acts for KKR and Artá Capital on the acquisition of Grupo Alvic

Clifford Chance advised KKR and Artá Capital on the acquisition of Grupo Alvic from its founding shareholders, the Rosales Family

The Alvic Group is a Spanish panel and componentry manufacturer for kitchen and office furniture founded in 1965, with more than 70% of its revenues coming from outside Spain.

The current team led by Javier Rosales will continue managing the company.

The value of the operation was not disclosed.

The team from Clifford Chance included Javier Amantegui (pictured), Samir Azzouzi, Rodrigo Uría, Jose Manuel Llanos, Laura Milian, Eugenio Fernández-Rico and James Rodier.
