PLMJ appoints Pedro Lomba and Raquel Azevedo as partners
PLMJ has appointed Pedro Lomba and Raquel Azevedo as partners.
Lomba (pictured) specialises in public law, healthcare, life sciences and pharmaceuticals, while Azevedo’s area of expertise is banking and finance.
The firm has also appointed six new managing associates: João Bravo da Costa (Angola desk), João Dias Lopes (banking and finance), Joana Brandão (public law), Mafalda Moreira (tax and family wealth, Porto office), Nuno Miguel Lourenço (dispute resolution) and Rita Albuquerque (corporate/M&A).
The firm now has 57 partners, 28 managing associates and 48 senior associates. In total, the firm has around 300 lawyers.
