Garrigues and Clifford Chance advise on Swiss Life Valencia hotel deal

Garrigues advised Swiss Life on the purchase of Hotel Senator Parque Central in Valencia. 

 

The seller, Grupo Senator, was advised by Clifford Chance.

According to market sources the deal was valued at €24.5 million.

Grupo Senator will continue to operate the hotel via a rental agreement.

The Garrigues team included partner Beatriz del Peso Gilsanz, senior associate Guillermo Zamora Marfil and associate María del Pilar Del Peso Moya.
