EY acts for Portobello Capital on the sale of ICFC to Grupo Ferrero

EY advised Madrid-headquartered private equity fund Portobello Capital on the sale of Spain-based Ice Cream Factory Comaker (ICFC Group) to Grupo Ferrero.

ICFC, which has around 640 employees, produces six million ice creams every day.

Portobello Capital has more than €1.4 billion of capital under management.

Portobello Capital invests in businesses with an enterprise value of between €50 and €500 million.
