Garrigues advising consortium on Parques Reunidos bid
Garrigues is advising a consortium of investors led by EQT on its bid to acquire the 55.79 per cent of Parques Reunidos they do not own.
Leisure park operator Parques Reunidos is being advised by Uría Menéndez.
The consortium – which includes EQT, Alba Europe, Banca March and Miles Capital – has created a joint venture Piolin to facilitate the deal.
The deal is valued at €1.2 billion, according to Mergermarket.
