Diaz Reus & Targ adds Madrid firm Ius + Aequitas to network

Miami-based global law firm Diaz Reus & Targ has added Madrid law firm Ius + Aequitas to its network, DRT Alliance.

Ius+ Aequitas, founded in 2002 and headed by managing partner Eliseo M. Martínez (pictured), is a boutique litigation law firm focusing on white collar crime, bankruptcy proceedings, intellectual property, public law and international arbitration.

Work done by Ius+ Aequitas includes defending the Asociación de Perjudicados por Abengoa; the bankruptcy of Ausbanc; defending the Brazilian Federation of Professional Athletes in a dispute with the football player Neymar Jr. and the football club FC
Barcelona; and representing Organización de Consumidores y Usuarios (OCU) in disputes involving Banco Popular and PwC.
