Práctica Legal announces alliance with Chinese firm Duan & Duan

Spanish law firm Práctica Legal has announced it has formed an alliance with Chinese law firm Duan & Duan.

 

It is understood Práctica Legal conducted an extensive search for a Chinese law firm partner as it wants to capitalise on the growing presence of Chinese companies in Spain.

In addition the firm sees a significant opportunity in advising Spanish companies with business in China.

Duan & Duan is one of the biggest law firms in China with annual revenues of approximately $40 million. It has offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Chongqing and Hong Kong, as well as an office in Seattle in the US.
