Pinsent Masons promotes Borja Martín Ariza to partner

Pinsent Masons’ Madrid office has made its first internal promotion with the appointment of Borja Martín Ariza (pictured) as a partner.

The appointment of Ariza, who specialises in corporate and M&A work, will be effective from 1 May.

Ariza’s experience includes M&A and restructuring, he has advised clients in the infrastructure, energy, technology and consumer sectors.

Pinsent Masons opened its Madrid office in 2017.

The promotion of Ariza is one of 15 partner promotions the firm has made across its global offices.
