RLD advises Brothers Publicidad shareholders on Comunica + A deal

Madrid-based law firm RLD advised Brothers Publicidad shareholders on the sale of a 51 per cent stake in Comunica + A to Spanish advertising company Dentsu Aegis Network Iberia.

RLD advised two shareholders that hold a 30 per cent stake in Brothers Publicidad. The RLD team included founding partner Rafael López-Diéguez Gamoneda and lawyer Fernando Gómez y Gómez-Calcerrada.

Ramón Hermosilla Abogados advised the shareholders that own the remaining 70 per cent stake in Brothers Publicidad. Dentsu was advised by Latham & Watkins.

Comunica + A has more than 260 workers in its offices in Spain, Portugal, France and Peru, its turnover in 2017 was €32.8 million.

Comunica + A has a portfolio of customers that includes Orange, Caixabank, Mutua Madrileña, Endesa, Adeslas, Amena, Parques Reunidos and NH Hoteles.

With operations in 145 countries and 47,000 employees, Dentsu Network offers data and digital-related advertising services.
