Garrigues acts for Covisian on Grupo GSS acquisition

Garrigues advised Italian business process outsourcing company Covisian on the acquisition of Spain’s Grupo GSS.

Grupo GSS was advised by EY and Simmons & Simmons on the deal.

Covisian was also advised by Milan-based Accinni Cartolano and Associates, and De Luca & Partners.

The deal was financed by a pool of banks comprising Crédit Agricole Italia, BNL-BNP Paribas Group and Banco BPM. The banks were advised by Dentons.

GSS, which offers “customer management service”, has operations in Madrid (pictured), Barcelona, Bilbao, Zaragoza, La Coruña, Badajoz, as well as seven countries in Latin America, and in the US.
