Linklaters acts for Ardian and White Summit on Sevilla solar deal
Linklaters advised infrastructure company Ardian and White Summit Capital on the acquisition of a controlling stake in a 182.5 megawatt solar photovoltaic plant being developed by Jinko Power near Sevilla, Spain.
The plant, called ‘La Isla’, will be able to generate clean energy to meet the annual needs of 100,000 households.
The €125 million project will create 350 direct jobs in the region during its construction phase.
The Linklaters team included partners Lara Hemzaoui (pictured), José Giménez and Javier García-Pita, as well as managing associates Esteban Arza and Jorge Toral, associate Álvaro Albiñana, and lawyers Enrique Areilza, Jaime Pelaez.
