Cuatrecasas acts for Boursorama on Self Trade Bank sale

Cuatrecasas advised Boursorama – Société Générale on the sale of online bank Self Trade Bank to private equity fund Warburg Pincus.

Warburg Pincus has invested more than $72 billion in more than 845 companies in more than 40 countries around the world.

The Cuatrecasas team included partners Fernando Mínguez and Gerard Correig.
