Nazca Capital advised by Pérez-Llorca on Herbex deal

Pérez-Llorca advised Nazca Capital on the acquisition of Spain-based aromatic herb company Herbex, according to Mergermarket.

Herbex was advised by Deloitte. The value of the deal was not disclosed.

Herbex founder and CEO Jaime Visquert will maintain a “significant shareholding in the company”, according to a statement.

The statement added that “part of the Nazca investment includes a capital injection to finance Herbex’s growth plan”.

Herbex’s 2017/18 revenue totalled €47 million, of which 75 per cent was generated outside Spain.
