Beech Tree instructs DLA Piper on Learnlight acquisition
Beech Tree Private Equity was advised by DLA Piper on its acquisition of language and skills training company Learnlight Group, according to Mergermarket.
Learnlight Group has more than 700 trainers in 50 countries around the world. It has more than 100,000 active learners in 150 countries.
Learnlight Group’s clients include Deutsche Telecom, Ericcson, PWC, Coca Cola, Siemens, Johnson and Johnson, SEAT, Ricoh, Orange, Inditex and GE Healthcare.
A Beech Tree statement said: “The growth in virtual language and skills training is forecast to be between 15-20 per cent per annum, as increasing numbers of International corporates move from traditional face-to-face training providers to technology based providers that can offer a blended learning solution.”
