Allen & Overy advises Life Healthcare on Alliance Medical Group deal

A Madrid-based Allen & Overy team advised Life Healthcare Group Holdings on the Spanish aspects of its acquisition of Alliance Medical Group.

 

UK-based Alliance Medical is a leading provider of complex molecular and diagnostic imaging services in Europe.

Alliance Medical operates from more than 200 sites in eight European countries and conducts more than four million scans per year.

Allen & Overy’s Spain-based team was led by Íñigo del Val.

The transaction was valued at a total of is £553 million.
