David Lloyd instructs Jones Day on expansion in Spain

European gym and fitness group David Lloyd was advised by Jones Day on the acquisition and redesign of Club de Tenis Pádel Aravaca (Madrid).

 

The new Club de Tenis Pádel Aravaca (Madrid) will include a gym, Hydrospa, saunas, indoor pool, lounges, restaurant-bar with terrace, and parking.

The club is currently undergoing a €14.6 million renovation that is expected to create 80 jobs, according to reports.

The Jones Day team was led by partner Miguel Bermúdez de Castro.

Jones Day has previously advised David Lloyd on the establishment and acquisition of sports centres around Europe, including Antwerp and Brussels.
