BDO Abogados acts for Shanghai Stock Exchange on Conservas Albo deal

BDO Abogados advised the Shanghai Stock Exchange in relation to Chinese deep sea fishing company Shanghai Kaichuang Marine International’s €61 million acquisition of Spanish fish processing business Conservas Albo.

BDO´s work involved conducting the legal due diligence on Conservas Albo.

Conservas Albo sells around 100 different products, including white tuna, yellowfin tuna, sardines, anchovies, mackerel, octopus, squid, mussels, and queen scallops.

The company has operations in 25 countries around the world.
