Baker & McKenzie instructed on Geographic Systems’ Esri-España deal

Baker & McKenzie advised Geographic Systems Spain on its purchase of technology company Esri-España Geosistemas from Eptisa Servicios de Ingenieria.

 

The deal was valued at €9 million, according to Mergermarket data.

Esri-España has provided technology-related consultancy services to a range of clients including Telefónica, Barclays, Renfe and Correos.

Eptisa Servicios de Ingenieria generated gross income of €120 million in 2014. The company was advised by Garrigues on the deal.
