Law firms Marimon and Arpa advise on Cosmo Consult’s Iniker acquisition

Marimon Abogados advised technology company Cosmo Consult on its acquisition of Iniker.

 

Arpa Abogados advised Iniker on the transaction, according to Mergermarket.

Cosmo Consult provides software for the manufacturing, services and retail industries.

Fellow technology sector company Iniker, headquartered in San Sebastián, has seven offices in Spain as well as operations in Mexico, Panama, Chile and Colombia. Iniker employs 120 people.

Following the acquisition of Iniker, Cosmo Consult has 650 employees in 31 locations across the world.
