Zurbarán advises Ship2B Ventures on the capital round of Qida
Zurbarán Abogados has advised Ship2B Ventures on the capital round of Qida, a firm dedicated to the senior sector and valued at €18m.
Qida is a start up that provides home care and accompaniment to the elderly, and is composed of 150 employees distributed in its offices in Madrid, Bilbao, Pamplona and Sabadell.
As a result of this agreement, the company will invest in the digitalisation of its processes and will pursue its expansion strategy to provide services in the public sector.
This transaction has been led by Kibo Ventures, with the participation of Ship2B Ventures and the entry of convertible loan capital provided by Creas and Fondo Bolsa Social, along with other individual investors.
