Zurbarán Abogados on Jolt’s €6m financing round

Zurbarán Abogados has advised the fund Ship2B Ventures in the financing round of the Catalan startup Jolt, raising €6m.

This round aims to support Jolt in the production of electrodes for electrolyzers and next-generation fuel cells, in addition to providing financial support to its projects and the viability of its first production plant in Barcelona, which will be operational in early 2024.

This transaction has also been led by Climentum Capital, BSocial Impact Fund, Banco Sabadell’s impact fund, Axon Partners Group, the EIF and Ship2B Ventures itself.
