Zurbarán Abogados and Company Legal Partners advises on €1.1m financial round to Newe
Zurbarán Abogados and Company Legal Partners have advised on the second round of investment made to Newe, valued at 1.1 million euros. Zurbarán Abogados has advised the lead investor and Company Legal Partners has acted as legal counsel of Newe.
This transaction has been led by the Bolsa Social Fund, and Sabadell BStartup, Zone2Boost, EASO Ventures and Draper B1 have participated as investors.
Newe is a company specialized in providing new consumption models to large retailers, manufacturers and distributors. At the end of 2021 it reached €175,000 through its first round of funding.
The Zurbarán Abogados team included Ricardo Torres, partner of the corporate and private equity/venture capital department, and Teresa Pumar López-Fando, lawyer of the firm’s corporate department.
From Company Legal Partners the deal was lead by Elena Company, who worked together with Ángela Martínez.
