Zadal promotes Carlos Saldaña to partner in the Tax department
Zadal has promoted Carlos Saldaña to partner in the Tax department. This appointment is part of the firm’s growth strategy, which focuses on developing internal talent and consolidating its tax practice team.

Carlos Saldaña
With extensive experience in financial and tax advice, Saldaña has participated in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructurings and real estate transactions. His experience also includes tax planning for international investments in Spain and tax advice for high net worth individuals.
Before joining Zadal, he was part of the tax departments of firms such as Écija, Roca Junyent and PwC. Saldaña has a degree in Law and a diploma in Business Studies from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE E-1), and a Master’s degree in Taxation and Tax Consultancy from the Instituto de Empresa (IE).
