Zadal hires Jaime Hornillos as Real Estate counsel
Zadal has brought on Jaime Hornillos as Counsel within its Real Estate practice group. The hire is part of the firm’s growth strategy and is aimed at strengthening its ability to provide comprehensive advice on high-complexity real estate transactions.
The profile
Hornillos brings extensive experience in the real estate sector, having advised domestic and international clients — including companies, institutions, investment funds and family offices — on investment and divestment transactions involving real estate assets, development, financing, construction and leasing. He spent the majority of his career at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo before joining Zadal. He holds a Law degree and a Master’s in Stock Exchange and Financial Markets from IEB.
