Youandlaw advises on the financing round of HolaPlace led by Torsa Capital

Youandlaw has advised HolaPlace in its latest financing round led by Torsa Capital. The platform, also known as “the Airbnb of terraces”, is a corporate and event space rental project that was born in the middle of the pandemic and has revolutionized the market.

Torsa Capital has participated in the operation as the main investor, betting on the confidence that this project brings on its way to revolutionize the market of spaces for corporate and event rentals.
