White & Case incorporates Íñigo del Guayo as counsel
White & Case has incorporated Íñigo del Guayo, chair of the Academic Advisory Group of the Energy, Environment and Infrastructure Law Section of the International Bar Association (IBA), as counsel to its Energy and Infrastructure Department, led by partners Ignacio Paz and Pablo García-Nieto.

Íñigo del Guayo
Íñigo del Guayo Castiella is a specialist in Economic Public Law and author of more than 250 publications, mainly in the energy, urban planning, public services and infrastructure sectors, among others.
He is currently Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Almeria, and has previously been Professor of Administrative Law at the Universities of Navarra and Granada and visiting researcher at the Universities of Oxford and Sheffield in the UK, Leiden in the Netherlands, Austin in the USA and Ruhr in Germany.
Íñigo is also Chairman of the Academic Advisory Group of the Energy, Environment and Infrastructure Law Section of the International Bar Association (IBA), Vice-President of the Spanish Association of Energy Law (AEDEN), Director of the Master in Energy Law at the Spanish Energy Club and Academic (corresponding) of the Spanish Royal Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation.
