White & Case advises on 121 MWs sale of a wind and solar projects in Uruguay

White & Case has advised Brookfield Renewable, a leading global operator and developer of renewable power and transition assets, on its sale of three operational projects in Uruguay to Cubico Sustainable Investments, one of the world’s largest privately owned renewable energy companies.

The transaction comprised of the sale of two wind farms, the 52 MW Carape I and 43 MW Carape II in Maldonado, and one solar PV plant, the 26 MW Alto Cielo in Artigas.
