Fernández is a counsel of the Regulatory department in Madrid, specializing in the energy sector. She advises domestic and international clients on regulatory aspects of energy projects, including corporate and finance transactions, litigation, and emerging technologies like BESS. Her work includes renewable energy, public infrastructure, and she actively engages in events on new regulatory trends such as data centres.
Román Pazos
Pazos is a counsel of the Corporate department in Madrid. With a strong focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors, Román advises international and domestic clients on all aspects of corporate transactions including M&A, private equity transactions and corporate restructuring. He is deeply specialised in the energy sector, mainly working on renewable projects.
