WFW acts for Santander on Q-Energy bond issue
Watson Farley & Williams (WFW) advised Banco Santander, as lender, on a €37.8m bond issue by Q-Energy for the refinancing of two Spanish photovoltaic plants.
Q-Energy was advised by Cuatrecasas.
The two plants – located in Leon and Cordoba – have a total capacity of 7.1MW.
The bonds issued are subject to Spanish law and were subscribed by institutional investors through a private placement. They are traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
