WFW acts for Blue Elephant Energy on Dominican Republic solar park deal

A team from Watson Farley & Williams’ Madrid office advised Blue Elephant Energy AG on the acquisition of a majority stake in the Caribbean’s largest solar park.

The 116 megawatt Montecristi solar park is located in the Dominican Republic.

The stake was sold by F&S Solar, which will remain a partner and stakeholder in the project.

The Watson Farley & Williams team in Madrid included Luis Soto (pictured), Ana Lorenzo Sobrado and Enrique Thomas de Carranza.
