Watson Farley & Williams and Ramón y Cajal advise on wind farm deals

Watson Farley & Williams advised Cerberus Capital Management and Exus Management Partners on the acquisition of two Spanish wind farms, Parque Eolico Pujalt and Parque Eolico Turo del Magre.

 

Ramón y Cajal advised the sellers, Civis Corporacion, on the deal, according to Mergermarket data.

The two wind farms, located in the regions of Anoia and Segarra, have a combined capacity of 70 megawatts.

Parque Eolico Pujalt had a turnover of almost €8 million in 2014 with profits of €1.2 million. Meanwhile, Parque Eolico Turo del Magre had a turnover of €5.8 million last year and profits of €1 million.
