Virginia Juárez joins TCM Legal to reinforce the Intellectual Property area
TCM Legal has announced the incorporation of Virginia Juárez to its team. The lawyer has extensive experience in the public and private sector, as well as in the cultural field and joins the firm from Argentina.

Graduated in Law from the National University of Córdoba (Argentina), Virginia Juárez has continued her education with postgraduate studies in Cultural Management, Cultural Companies and Institutions, Creative Cities and Entrepreneurship, and Intellectual Property, among others.
In the public sector, Virginia Juárez has held prominent roles in the Government of the Province of Córdoba (Argentina), where she held the positions of coordinator and head of area in the Ministry of Social Development and the Córdoba Cultura S.E. Agency, respectively. Her experience in the private sector includes legal roles at Banco Roela, and her own practice in her own office, specializing in civil law, copyright and intellectual property.
In addition, Virginia Juárez has left her mark in the cultural field as a contributor to Variety Magazine and as a trainer on copyright issues at the Film Commission of the Instituto Audivoisual de la Provincia de Jujuy (Argentina). Regarding her experience in the audiovisual industry, Virginia Juárez was partner and legal advisor of the Argentine audiovisual production company Jaque Content. The company is based in Córdoba, both in Argentina and Mexico City. Jaque Content has produced internationally recognized audiovisual content.
Cultural development
Her commitment to cultural development is reflected in her role as CEO & Founder of the Cultural Legal Consultancy, Creator and Partner in “Torre de Marfil” Literary Editions, and she is founder and president of the “FONDOSA” Foundation. Regarding her academic and professional achievements, Virginia Juárez is the author of the book “Herramientas Legales para la Cultura”, published by Editorial La Reforma in the city of Córdoba (Argentina) in 2021.
In the legislative field, she has participated as an advisor in the drafting of Provincial Law 10.381 which initiated the Audiovisual Pole of the province of Córdoba, a Regional Fund that promotes the development and impulse of the audiovisual industry at regional, national and international level.
