Velae Legal Group advises on the €90m capital increase of Duro Felguera

Velae Legal Group has advised the Mexican investors Mota Engil Mexico and Grupo Prodi on the capital increase of 90 million euros in Duro Felguera.

On January 30, 2024, the CNMV authorized the exemption of the takeover bid and will proceed to carry out the capital increase, where the more than 14,000 current shareholders of Duro Felguera will have 14 calendar days to subscribe the shares.

The law firm Estrada Azcona Abogados, founder of the international group Velae Legal Group with offices in Mexico, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Peru, Chile, Portugal and Spain, was represented in the operation by: Santiago Estrada Azcona (president), Eduardo Estrada Alonso (partner) and Juan Estrada Azcona (partner).
