VdA and PLMJ instructed on TAP IPO

VdA Vieira de Almeida advised Portuguese government agency Parpública in relation to airline TAP’s initial public offering (IPO) of up to 5 per cent of its shares to its employees.

VdA acted for Parpública in relation to the preparation of IPO documentation.

The VdA team was led by partners Cláudia Cruz Almeida and José Pedro Fazenda Martins, and also included Alexandre Oliveira and Carlota Ximenes.

TAP was advised by PLMJ on the matter. The PLMJ team was led by partner Diogo Perestrelo and included partner André Figueiredo, senior associates Stephanie Sá Silva and Nuno Marques, and associate Ana Sofia Lopes.
