Vaciero hires Juan Mc.Crory to lead Corporate practice
The law firm Vaciero has incorporated Juan Mc.Crory as Head of the Commercial and Corporate Law area. The new director has more than 15 years of experience in M&A, as well as advising companies and individuals on corporate and contractual matters.
Juan Mc.Crory has extensive experience in advising all types of companies on sale and restructuring processes as well as on any commercial transaction. He has advised numerous companies on shareholders’ agreements, investment agreements, assistance to Meetings and Boards of Directors and their legal secretariats’ management.
Prior to joining Vaciero, Juan Mc.Crory has developed more than 9 years of his professional career at the De Carlos Remón Abogados law firm, passing through other firms such as Ramón y Cajal Abogados and relevant companies in their sectors.
Graduated in Law from the San Pablo CEU University and Master in Business Law from the Centro de Estudios Garrigues, Juan is also a Doctor of Law, having been a professor of Commercial Law at the Francisco de Vitoria University for 8 years.
With the arrival of Juan Mc.Crory, the firm chaired by Francisco Vaciero consolidates its commitment to growth, forming a team of 13 partners and more than 50 professionals in its legal, financial and audit areas.
