Uría Menéndez-Proença de Carvalho on the acquisition of five logistics properties
Uría Menéndez – Proença de Carvalho has advised M7 Real Estate group in the acquisition of five logistics properties located in the regions of Porto and Lisbon, through three separate negotiations with three different sellers, Santander Asset Management and Interfundos representing funds managed by them, and DSV Transitários.
