Uría Menéndez advises Inflexion on Salto Systems
Uría Menéndez has advised Inflexion private equity partners on its investment in Salto Systems, a global provider of smart electronic access control solutions.
Under the transaction, Inflexion will join the company as the lead minority investor alongside a group of new shareholders and existing investors who are reinvesting in the business. Completion of the deal remains subject to the receipt of the relevant regulatory approvals.
The investment marks a significant milestone for Salto Systems, which has established itself as a leading player in the access control and security technology sector, serving customers across multiple international markets.
Uría Menéndez worked in close coordination with its longstanding “best friend” firm Slaughter and May throughout the transaction, providing cross-border legal support to Inflexion on the Spanish law aspects of the investment.
The team
The Uría Menéndez team was led by partners Juan Carlos Machuca (London) and Pedro Ravina (Madrid), with support from associates Javier Toro Torcal and Lorenzo de Benito Lobo.
