Uría Menéndez advises Ineos on its arrival in Portugal

Uría Menéndez – Proença de Carvalho is advising Ineos subsidiary Ineos Automotive Pessoal on its entry into Portugal

 The firm is also advising on the development of Projekt Grenadier, under which a car production plant will be built in Portugal.

First steps of the operation have been the acquisition of several properties in Estarreja, the negotiation and implementation of the Protocol, the licensing of the construction of the plant and labour matters related to the incorporation of the company in Portugal including the hiring of workers.
