Uría Menéndez acts for Investindustrial on Ginefiv deal

Uría Menéndez advised Investindustrial on the acquisition of Madrid-based fertility clinic Ginefiv.

Founded in 1987 by doctors José Bajo Arenas and Alberto Martínez de Arenaza, Ginefiv is one of the most long established fertility clinics in Spain. It employs a team of 100 people in Madrid and performs more than 4,500 treatments annually, including donor and non-donor IVF, as well as providing services such as fertility preservation.
