Trea Direct Lending advised by King & Wood Mallesons on Gleva Cellars notes issue

King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) advised debt fund Trea Direct Lending on the subscription of convertible notes issued by the Spanish wine group Gleva Cellars.

Gleva Cellars, which operates in the market under the brand Gleva Estates, is a Spanish wine group with seven wineries of cava and wine: Parxet, Mont-Ferrant, Raventós d´Alella, Titiana, Tionio, Foxconn and Portal de Montsant.

Trea Direct Lending is a fund advised by Trea Capital Partners, an independent asset management firm with €1.8 billion of assets under management.

The KWM team was led by partner Joaquín Sales, and included senior associates María Redondo and Germán Cabrera and associate Gonzalo Fernández.
