Toda & Nel-lo hires José María Buxeda
Toda & Nel-lo has hired the former Dentons partner, José María Buxeda (pictured), who joins the firm to boost its commercial department.
Buxeda holds a law degree from the International University of Catalonia and a master’s degree in european law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. He also specialises in advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and commercial litigation.
He has also lectured at various academic institutions such as the instituto de estudios bursátiles (IEB), the instituto superior de derecho y economía (ISDE) and the fundación San Pablo CEU, among others.
Through this incorporation, the firm seeks to boost its commercial law and M&A practice in Madrid, currently the largest department and with the highest volume of business.
