Thomás de Carranza participates in the purchase of a building in the Salamanca district

Thomás de Carranza Abogados has legally managed the purchase of a representative building of 3,500 m2 in the Salamanca neighborhood, one of the areas that concentrates the highest demand and prices per square meter in Madrid.

The transaction, which reinforces the firm’s real estate legal management area, has been articulated as an asset deal where the legal advice has included the entire process of acquisition and transfer of the building: due diligence, preparation of binding offer, negotiation of the preliminary purchase contract with payment of earnest money, public deed and drafting of new lease agreements.

The new seasonal leases are a very attractive alternative for investors and tenants looking for more flexible leases with short term rotations.

The purchase transaction has been led by Cristina Simón, Iñigo Sánchez del Campo and Santiago Thomás de Carranza, partners of Thomás de Carranza Abogados.
