ThinkSmartLaw signs Blanca Cortés as partner

ThinkSmartLaw has signed Blanca Cortés (pictured) as a partner to strengthen its intellectual and industrial property services.

With more than 20 years of experience, Cortés has been with RocaJunyent since 2019, where she was head of the intellectual and industrial property and digital business department in the Madrid office.

The new partner at ThinkSmartLaw has extensive experience in current matters such as video games, artificial intelligence and NFT, and regularly advises infrastructure companies, architects, digital platforms, software developers, start-ups, art galleries, artists, televisions, radios, production companies and trademark owners.

She has also worked at other law firms, such as DLA Piper and CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo, and at collecting societies, such as SGAE.
