Think Legal appoints Beatriz Orbis as partner
TKL – Think Legal, an independent law firm focused on business law, has appointed Beatriz Orbis as partner in its litigation and arbitration practice. She has been of counsel at the firm for the past five years.
Beatriz has a track record in complex litigation and arbitration, representing clients in both domestic and international arbitration proceedings, and also acting as an arbitrator. She has been involved in disputes in sectors such as construction, energy, infrastructure, real estate and franchising, and regularly advises on shareholder and corporate disputes. She is lso an associate professor of procedural law at CEU San Pablo University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb).
