The advisors of the sale of Club Deportivo Leganés
Senn Ferrero Asociados and Deloitte Tax have advised Blue Crow Sports Group, the US investment group specialised in sports management, on the acquisition of 99.1% of the shareholding of Club Deportivo Leganés, advised by Mariscal Abogados and Nebot&Páez.
Mariscal Abogados and Nebot&Páez have advised Moreno-Pavón Family, who until now has been Club Deportivo Leganés, S.A.D.’s majority shareholder, on the sale of the Club. Moreno-Pavón family bids farewell to the Club after 14 years, during which they have achieved two promotions to First Division (LaLiga) and the professionalization of the Club.
