Telles strengthens its team with two new lawyers
Telles has announced the strengthening of its team with two new associates.
Sílvia Lima joins the firm’s corporate, transactions and private equity team under the leadership of Francisco Espregueira Mendes, managing partner. With more than 10 years of professional experience, Telles’ newest associate has advised national and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate governance matters.
Sílvia Lima joins from PRA – Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados, where she worked for the last decade. She holds a postgraduate degree in corporate governance from centro de investigação de direito privado of Universidade de Lisboa, a master’s degree in law and management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa and a law degree from Universidade do Porto.
Marco Dias Vieira joins the firms’ digital, privacy and cybersecurity practice, led by partner Pedro Vidigal Monteiro. Vieira joins from Miranda & Associados. He has provided legal advice on intellectual property, data protection and privacy matters, including the GDPR and related data protection legislation in various jurisdictions, particularly in European and African countries. He holds a law degree from Universidade de Lisboa and attended the master’s in forensic law at Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
