Telles strengthens its administrative and public procurement team    

Telles has strengthened its administrative and public procurement team with the incorporation of lawyers Rita Ramalho (pictured left) and Luís Pedro Alves (pictured right), led by partner Pedro Almeida e Sousa. 

Ramalho holds a degree in Law and a Masters in Legal and Political Sciences from the Law Faculty of the Portuguese Catholic University. She also has an advanced executive training course in Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa – Faculdade de Ciências Económicas e Empresariais. 

Also, she is a Senior Associate and has focused her practice in the areas of Administrative Law and Public Procurement. She has taught Philosophy of Law and General Theory of Civil Law and was a lecturer in the Public Procurement module of the Postgraduate Course in Administrative Law at the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa.  

On the other side, Alves graduated in Law from the Law School of the University of Coimbra, where he is currently a teaching assistant. He holds a Master’s Degree in Legal-Political Sciences, specialising in Administrative Law, a Postgraduate Degree in Public Procurement and advanced training in Tax Compliance.  

He is an associate at Telles, specialising in public law, public procurement and administrative litigation. He is a member of the ADA – Association of Administrative Law.
