Telles de Abreu partner leaves for Antas da Cunha

Telles de Abreu Advogados partner Henrique Moser has left to join Lisbon firm Antas da Cunha.

At Telles de Abreu, Moser specialised in cross-border corporate transactions – however, at Antas da Cunha, in addition to corporate and M&A work, he will also focus heavily on real estate-related transactions.

Also making the move from Telles de Abreu to Antas da Cunha are lawyers José Luís Beleza (litigation), Paula Lourenço (corporate and real estate), João Moraes Vaz (real estate), and Michael Dean-Fialho (corporate).

As a result of the hires, Antas da Cunha now has a team of 30 lawyers.

Managing Partner Fernando Antas da Cunha said: “We are living a moment of great enthusiasm, but the real hard work to consolidate our position in this market starts now. We had the opportunity to integrate Henrique and his team and the partners’ decision was unanimous.”

Moser added: “Antas da Cunha is an exciting project with a young and strong team with a lot of energy – we believe we have the same approach in terms of how they manage the firm and the relationships with their clients. We believe our approach to private clients in particular will carve a niche for us in the Portuguese market.”
